Transformation is a process that requires us to use our resources and seek help. You can not do it alone or you would have already done it. Stop lying sis. We ALL need help from time to time. Don't ever be embarrassed about asking for help our clarity in a situation. You must be your own best advocate. Be proactive in your wellness. Love you sis. Take the opportunities to change and grow.
