Monday Motivation

Good day friend,
Grace and peace be unto you!

What are you manifesting on this marvelous Monday? With the new day comes new strength and thoughts. What new thoughts will you put into place this week that will build your strength and stamina for the journey. This time of solitude is very different for everyone but I do believe that are lessons each of us are learning about ourselves. Some feel that have to be uber productive. Others are taking this as rest time. Still others are essential works so they are living life as usual. Whichever category you find yourself in make sure that you are considering your thought life. 

Thoughts can be real simple and sometimes on autopilot but they can be all consuming at the same tume. If we dont take our thoughts under subjection they will run rampant. No matter what your take of this time is dont forget to think about what you are thinking about. Check your thoughts. Are they new? Are they positive? Are they propelling me into my future? If the answer to any of these is no then you need to retrain your mind. 

Start each day with gratitude. You can be negative and truly grateful at the same time. Get you a notebook and jot down gratefulness. This will give something to go back to when your strength is low. Love you to life.
