Grace and peace be unto you!
No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance]; but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist], but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy]. - 1 Corinthians 10:13
Every last one of us has been tempted by something or someone. Isn't it a wonderful thing to know that when we are being tempted, enticed, attracted or any other adjective you can find we have a way of escape. We are not stuck for a life time even though the enemy will whisper that you.
With the temptation a way of escape is already being made you have to open your eyes and see it. Once you see it you have to move in it.
In this scripture I also like that the writer reminds you and I about the compassion, love, and concern that Christ has for us. I am so glad the helps at my weakest points to be built back up in him. The old song says. No never alone. He promises never to leave me. Never to leave me alone.
