It's very important that we re-learn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems. Thich Nhat Hanh
When was the last time that you took care of you? Too often as women we don't rest because we are worried about everybody but us.
I challenge you to take some rest and relaxation time this weekend. Resist the notion that this is selfish. It is never selfish to put yourself in a place where you can present a whole, healthy, and present you. Without rest, relaxation, and recuperating you will not be the best you for the world.
Make the time. Say no and take care of YOU!
