Transformation Tuesday

Good morning,
Grace and peace be unto you!

How do you refuel? Life, work,  and people can totally zap your energy and strength. How do you get renewed?

Here are a few suggestions
1. Get some sleep. At least 7 to 8 hours is suggested. Pick a specific bedtime and stick to it. Unwind at least 30 mins before going to sleep and if your still awake. Write down the things that are on your mind do that you can have a peaceful mind.

2.Develop a transfer routine. Too often we carry work home with you. Find what helps you disengage from eork to home. Home should be your place of renewal and peace.

3. Practice gratefulness. It is easy to get negative with all that happens in our world. Take time each day to be thankful and find the positive things that have and are happening.

4. Spend time in prayer/meditation. Take time to connect with God or your higher power. Taking this time will help you to get centered before day begins and ends.

5. Eat and drink well. Remember junk in, junk out. It is essential that you eat well if you want to fuel your body. Pack yourself healthy snacks so you are not temples by junk. Drink water. Flushing out the toxins helps your body operate better.

These are not in any specific order but are all helpful in renewing/refueling you.
