You is smart, you is beautiful and you is a queen. Yes, I know that is not how it went on The Help but it is what I want you to take into your spirit for today's transformational moment.
It is amazing how critical each of us can be to ourselves. Yes, the world can be cruel but not as cruel as the conversations that happen in your own head. So, today I just want to lift you. You are smart. I know there is circumstantial evidence that might point in a different direction but as we transform our minds we have to start with the conversations that are happening in our heads. YOU are smart.
You are beautiful. Before you say it. There is something about your body that you do not love. I would dare to say something that, you absolutely hate. With all of that being said. You are beautiful!
You are a queen. Stop hiding your crown because there are others around that don't appreciate it. Strut your stuff. You have earned every jewel that has been encrusted within it. Don't sell yourself short. You have all of the skills you need to do what you have been called to do. Every skill that you lack will be filled in by your circle. Take your stroll my sister. Wave your hand and hold your head high. You are a queen.
As we live our transformed lives we have to get rid of the stinking thinking that goes on around us every day. You are smart, beautiful and a queen walk in it.
