Get paid what you are worth. Do you know how much somebody with your skillset should be getting paid in the industry of which you work? Most of us don't. It is time to do some research so that you can get paid what you deserve. Make sure that you have the knowledge you need to be an attribute to have an educated ask. Being underpaid means that you are leaving money on the table. Yes, I know you are like this is cool but I do not like talking about or asking for money. Sis a closed mouth doesn't get feed. Speak up for your future. If you don't think you're worth it, neither will they. Go get your money. Make sure that you have done your due diligence and speak your truth with confidence.
