Monday Motivation

Good morning,
Grace and peace be unto you!

It is finally Fall. While I enjoy parts of this season, likes sweaters, fire pits, and boots. I don't like the fact that it gets dark so early. That being said, What do you change in your routine when it gets dark earlier? How will you use this change of routine as a benefit to you?

If you are at home more when it's dark early will you read more? Will you gain some other kinds of healthy habits? I know it easy to start baking and cooking up heavy foods when it's cool but don't lose everything you worked on over the summer. Think about your fall/winter routines now so you won't be blindsided.
