Philippians 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
There is so much happening in the world today that if we don't stay focused on the peace of God we could get depressed. On one side people ask why does God allow this but on the other side we understand that people have free will and choose to do evil. Wow, what a complex world we live in.
So the thought that I leave you with is don't lose hope. No matter what is going on keep your hope alive. Hope in people, hope in a better day, hope in Christ. Keep your heart towards Christ. He is the only one that can heal, console, brighten, save, and uplift this world that we live in. Keep hope alive. The good work will be done in you and spread abroad.
