Good morning,
Grace and peace be unto you!
Over the weekend I went to a mental health event where they showed the movie, Call Me Crazy. It was an eye-opener to the mental health issues that we see on a regular basis and might even experience ourselves. Ladies and gentlemen the only thing that is worse than living with a mental illness is not getting help. I know people say I don't want to take meds, but if you had diabetes you would not hesitate to take the metformin or insulin prescribed without question. Don't allow your pride to keep you in the dark cloud of depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, or any other disorder might be plaguing you without getting help. You are worth it. Make sure that you are living your best life.
Until tomorrow
