Yes, I know this is not my normal time. I will be totally transparent. I have been having a rough week, that started last week. It has been very eye-opening, to say the least. It has also been a time of reflection and growth.
It is totally crazy how our childhood can haunt our present. As you and I go through the process of transformation it is not always pretty but it is necessary to help us live our best life. So, while it may not be absolute truth today we have to press to our best life.
