Breast cancer is real and has the potential to take you out if you are not in tune with your body. Get to know how every part of your body feels. Just like you know when somebody has been in your stuff and there are no visible signs you need to listen to your spirit when it throws up red flags about your body.
You only get one body and your are the Stewart of it. Are you stewarding it well?
If you have not been screened do so with a quickness. Don't think. Just make an appointment. The minor discomfort of a mammogram is nothing in comparison to chemo or radiation. If you need someone to go with you. Let me know.
