Sometimes life can be going at such a fast pace that everything are you is a blur. I encourage you to take some time over this weekend to just sit down and clear your mind learn to quiet your spirit. Take 10 mins with no electronics, no other people and no disruptions to be quiet. Close your eyes and put out every thought that comes until you are at peace.
Yes, you may have some difficulty with this the first time you try it because your brain is accustomed to ruling you. Keep trying. Eventually you will learn how to slow the blur and enjoy the scenery.
