Grace and peace be unto you!
2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
I don't know if you have been watching all of the foolishness that has been taking place in our world but we have got to seeking God's face from a different place. While prayer is simply communication with our father this verse gives a bit of insight about what our posture needed to be. Humble. Not demanding of anything. Just seeking the fathers insight and direction what and when to pray.
The big thing here is turning from our wicked ways so that our sins are forgiven. We can't keep indulging in the same sins and expecting to be healed. Healing comes as we turn and walk away from the things that have us unfocused. It's a new day with new opportunities to be healed, delivered, and set free.
